Last summer, Front Range Community College (FRCC) welcomed Lilian Clemente as its new Executive Director of Strategic Marketing and Communication to lead the institution’s marketing team. One of her first priorities was to assess the needs of the division to better serve the college community.

Historically, the marketing department outsourced many of its services by partnering with external creative marketing agencies. Lilian saw an opportunity to shift that approach and build a first-class team that will take the college brand to the next level.

The current team—Jessica Peterson, Jeanine Kennedy and Lilian Clemente—are excited to welcome three new staff members, marking an exciting period of growth and innovation for the college.

The new team members bring a wealth of expertise and fresh perspectives to FRCC’s marketing efforts, aimed at enhancing brand positioning, creative services and storytelling initiatives across the college.

Daniela Circonciso, Director of Marketing

Daniela is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the higher education industry. With a passion for education and marketing, Daniela helps institutions effectively promote their programs, attract students and enhance their brand presence.

Daniela joins FRCC from Broward College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she spent 13 years in various roles—most recently as the Associate Vice President of Marketing. Her main focus is leveraging digital technologies to solve the challenges and opportunities the higher education landscape presents.

Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from Smith College and a master’s in mass communications from the University of Florida. She was recognized as a “Power Leader” in 2017 by the South Florida Business Journal.

“Community colleges play a critical role in advancing upward mobility and I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with FRCC’s talented and committed team to build on its history and advance its mission to deliver outstanding outcomes.”

Caitlin McKernan, Senior Graphic Designer

Caitlin McKernan is a senior graphic designer with more than 14 years of experience in the field, specializing in marketing and branding. She has contributed her technical expertise in both print and digital design to international companies like The Coleman Company, and RE/MAX, LLC.

Born into an AirForce family, Caitlin has lived in Colorado since she was seven, leaving only to attend college at the University of Wyoming. When she’s not helping build FRCC’s growing marketing team, you can find her rehearsing with her choir (Denver’s Treble Ensemble Safonia), playing volleyball, planning her next travel adventure or enjoying her favorite job as aunt to her eight nieces and nephews!

Laura Davis, Multimedia Producer

Whether she’s navigating lunar landscapes or diving into the world of experiential therapy, Laura’s journey as a video and podcast producer spans nine incredible years of using multimedia to educate, empower and inspire.

As an award-winning multimedia professional, she’s passionate about demystifying big ideas and turning them into content that’s not just accessible but entertaining. Laura loves connecting with people, bringing their ideas to life and helping everyone feel comfortable and confident on camera so that their personalities shine.

Outside her editing cave, you’ll find her stitching on her sewing machine, snapping photos with a Polaroid, tending to her garden and serenading her cat, O’Malley, and dog, Ponyo.

Welcome to FRCC, Daniela, Caitlin and Laura!

Together, this new team will collaborate to advance FRCC’s marketing strategies, creative storytelling and brand positioning efforts, ensuring that the college continues to thrive and evolve in the ever-changing landscape of higher education.
