Dudash is based at the Boulder County Campus. Her duties include assisting in the onboarding of all new college employees, payroll, accounts payable, and assisting the executive director and other staff members.

“I love the people, the new employees,” Dudash says. “Our philosophy in human resources is to make things easier on the back end so employees can work better on the front end.”

“Molly is the epitome of the phrase ‘you can lead from anywhere’,” says Paul Meese, Dudash’s executive director. “She provides top-notch customer service. She steps in and steps up when needed and is absolutely a go-to person for me and the department.”
