Front Range Community College is hosting two public stargazing events at its campus in Longmont this month.

These FREE events are open to all FRCC students, faculty, instructors—and the general public. Masks are welcome (but not required) in the dome. If you’re feeling ill, please join us another time. No reservations are necessary.

Amateur astronomers are invited to bring their own telescopes to set up in the courtyard.

WHERE:

The observatory is in the center courtyard of the Classroom Building of FRCC’s Boulder County Campus, 2121 Miller Drive in Longmont. Once you enter the courtyard, just look for the white dome.

The event may be canceled because of inclement weather or unforeseen equipment issues. Check this link for local sky conditions.
