Sinister Fuddy Meers is a zany romp not to be missed.

The Front Range Community College Theatre Program presents its production of Fuddy Meers, a play by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright David Lindsay-Abaire.

The saying “every day’s a new day” is startlingly true for our heroine, Claire, in this emotion-packed dark comedy. Claire is suffering from psychogenic amnesia. Each time Claire falls asleep, her memory is wiped clean. She is then patiently briefed on her life, day after day, by a man who claims to be her husband.

Join us for a riveting performance by FRCC students, directed by our theatre instructor Peter Anthony.

More About the Play: On this particular day, Claire’s sheltered routine is intruded upon by a menacing scarred man who tells her he’s a long-lost brother who has come to rescue her from grave danger. A surreal road trip ensues, filled with bizarre characters (including a foul-mouthed sock puppet)—none of whom is what they appear to be. Claire’s mother, a recovering stroke victim, is the only one to tell the truth, but her garbled speech scrambles the mystery of the funhouse mirrors, which hold the key to Claire’s past. Come to the show—and unlock the mystery behind the funhouse mirrors.
