The Testing Center at Front Range Community College’s Larimer Campus has earned Test Center Certification from the National College Testing Association (NCTA).

Certification is an indication that the Testing Center operates under the highest accepted standards and procedures for all types of testing.

The standards include having adequate facilities, test integrity, confidentiality, trained staff, and a qualified manager.

The Testing Center administers a variety of national and local exams:

  • As a Pearson Vue center, on-demand exams for certifications in computer and information technology fields, business and financial services, and health and wellness.
  • As a Certiport Testing center, exams for Microsoft, AutoDesk, Adobe, QuickBooks, IC3 digital literacy certifications.
  • As the campus testing center, placement tests, credit for prior learning exams, HESI A-2 nursing admission entrance exam, and HiSet and TASC high school equivalency tests. Students who take correspondence, continuing education, or distance learning courses from other colleges and institutions may have their exams proctored.
