Alvina Vasquez, communications director for the Colorado office of Strategies 360 (S360) and an alumna of Front Range Community College, has joined the FRCC Foundation board of directors.
She brings to the board more than 20 years of experience in communications and messaging strategies for organizations and businesses.
S360 helps organizations with integrated, successful approaches to business strategy and public policy, marketing and government relations, crisis management and brand positioning. It has offices in ten western states and the District of Columbia.

Vasquez began her career in Spanish language radio for Denver’s Radio Romantica and Radio Tri-Color. Before joining S360, she led political advocacy and messaging efforts for the Campaign for a Strong Colorado.
Earlier this year, Vasquez was a Denver Business Journal 40 Under 40 award winner. The award recognizes professionals for their business success and community contributions.
Vasquez also is a fellow in the Latino Leadership Institute Executive Program at the Daniel’s College of Business at the University of Denver.
Since its inception, the FRCC Foundation has awarded more than $4 million in scholarships, grants, and program assistance to students, faculty, and staff members.
