The Nursing Program at Front Range Community College’s Larimer Campus has earned continued accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing.

Accreditation indicates that a nursing program has clear and appropriate educational objectives and is working to achieve those objectives.

The accrediting agency examines a long list of topics, including credentials and experience of faculty and program leadership, student learning outcomes, performance on licensure exams, satisfaction of graduates and employers, job placement rates, curriculum, resources, and community partnerships.

The Nursing Program also has continuing full approval from the Colorado State Board of Nursing.

The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, 3343 Peachtree Road NE, Suite, 500, Atlanta, GA 30326, is recognized as the accrediting body for nursing education programs by the U.S. Department of Education and a host of other agencies and employers.
