FRCC to Confer Degrees, Certificates May 15 to Westminster Campus Graduates

Front Range Community College-Westminster Campus will confer degrees and certificates during its 2014 Commencement at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 15, at the 1STBANK Center, 11450 Broomfield Lane, Broomfield.

FRCC awards degrees and certificates in the semester they are earned, but conducts commencement exercises only once a year, in the spring. Graduates from the summer and fall 2013 semesters and spring 2014 semester may participate.

Campus tradition is to have graduates, faculty, and students speak briefly about the way FRCC has influenced their lives. The “Voices” scheduled to speak at the 2014 Commencement are Patricia Bailey, Paralegal graduate; Marty Gonzalez, sociology faculty and Master Teacher; Dawn Naranjo, Nursing graduate; Robin O’Connell, Associate of Arts graduate; and Rachel Radro, Gateway to College graduate.
