Lumineers Band Member to Speak to Student Leadership Program at FRCC Campus in Fort Collins
Benjamin Wahamaki of The Lumineers, a Grammy-nominated band, will be a keynote speaker at 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, for the Pathways Leadership Program at Front Range Community College.
Wahamaki will talk about how the band has become leaders in the music industry and how the concept of leadership relates to his experience. His talk is part of the Pathways Leadership Program presentations. The event is in the Longs Peak Student Center at the Larimer Campus, Harmony Road and Shields Street, Fort Collins.
The Pathways Leadership Program is a two-semester program for FRCC students. The program provides hands-on experience to build leadership and professional development skills. Students develop their skills in their workplaces, within an internship, or through community-service projects.
The talk is open to the public. Seating is limited, and priority will be given to FRCC students.
