Something Wicked This Way Comes … FRCC Theater Presents MacBeth

As Halloween approaches, be on the lookout for witches at Bas Bleu Theatre in Fort Collins. The Front Range Community College Theater Program will present Shakespeare’s Macbeth.

FRCC_Macbeth-click for larger imagePerformances are at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 26 and 27 and Nov. 1, 2, and 3. There will be a matinee performance at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 28.

Peter Anthony, an award-winning director and theater instructor at FRCC, will direct this 90-minute adaptation of Shakespeare’s darkest tragedy. Anthony re-envisions Shakespeare’s great tragedy of ambition, blood, and supernatural conjurings. He compresses the action into a relentless elemental force of fierce passion and inescapable consequence that is sure to leave the audience breathless.

Tickets are $8 for students and seniors and $14 for others. There is a $2 service charge for all phone and online orders. Call (970) 498-8949 or go online. There is no service charge for tickets purchased at the theater.
