FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The Front Range Community College Foundation raised more than $60,000 for scholarships for FRCC students at its 28th annual Create a Future Golf Tournament on June 11 at the Omni Interlocken Resort Golf Club.

“The funds we raise at this event directly impact the lives of many students who need financial assistance to make college a reality,” says Chuck Crowe, executive director of the FRCC Foundation. “We had more than 1,800 students apply for scholarships this year, which is certainly evidence of high need. The success of this tournament means we’ll be able to award more scholarships for the 2012-2013 school year and help students who need it most.”

The Foundation would like to offer its sincerest thanks to the many individuals and organizations that generously sponsored this year’s tournament.
