FRCC Boulder County Campus Commencement to be Held May 9 at Skyline High School

Longmont, Colo. – Front Range Community College Boulder County Campus will confer degrees and certificates during its 2012 Commencement at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, at the Vance Brand Auditorium at Skyline High School, 600 Mountain View in Longmont.

FRCC awards degrees and certificates in the semester they are earned, but holds commencement ceremonies once a year in the spring. Graduates from the summer and fall 2011 semesters and spring 2012 semester may participate.

FRCC Boulder County Campus Vice President Linda S. Curran will preside over the ceremony. FRCC student Heidi Kalkhorst will sing the National Anthem, accompanied by Jeff Wahl, campus librarian. The most unique part of the evening’s festivities will be the commencement speakers—12 in total. Several graduates, students, faculty and FRCC friends—collectively called “Our Voices”—will each speak about the impact that FRCC Boulder County Campus has had on their lives.
