Flamenco Fusion Group to Perform at Westminster Campus Gallery

Rim of the Well, a world flamenco fusion group, will perform in concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, at the Visual and Performing Arts Gallery at Front Range Community College.

The gallery is Room C1660 at the Westminster Campus, 3645 W. 112th Ave., Westminster.

Rim of the Well is composed of Doug Walter, marimba; Rebecca Oertli, violinist; Steve Mullins, composer and flamenco guitarist, and Rebekah West, dancer and videographer. The performance will feature Mullins’ original music and an original film by West.

Mullins’ compositions are derived primarily from Spanish flamenco, but with eastern European, Latin American, jazz, classical, and other influences.
